1 General Terms & Introduction

Nh4cl .bet (hereinafter referred to as "nh4cl", "we", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of any and all services offered by nh4cl.

By registering on our website, opening an account, or using nh4cl's services in any way, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. It is therefore important that you read the entire document carefully before using the platform.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Nh4cl operates under an international gaming license. In the event of any dispute or legal matter, the laws and regulations of the licensing authority shall apply. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable laws of their own country.

2 Account Rules

Registration Eligibility

To open an account at nh4cl, you must meet all of the following requirements. Failure to meet any one of them will prevent you from creating an account or using our services.

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will not be approved and will be closed immediately if discovered.
• One person, one account: Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited.
• The facts: All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Creating an account using false details is a serious violation.
• Personal Use: Accounts are for personal use only. Using an account on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Mobile Number: Each mobile number may only be linked to one account.

KYC (Identity Verification) Process

Nh4cl operates in compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain threshold. Required documents include: National ID (NID), passport or driving licence, and a selfie.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions at nh4cl are fully secure and transparent. The table below provides a summary of our payment rules.

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Nh4cl reserves the right to conduct additional verification on any suspicious transactions.
• No more than 3 withdrawal requests may be made in a single day.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Nh4cl offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, detailed on the relevant offer page. That said, certain general bonus conditions apply across all offers.

Wagering Requirement

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first. Typically, you need to wager the bonus amount ×30. Example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total bets.

• Wager Calculation: Only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher will count toward wagering requirements.
• Duration: Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer can be active at a time.
• Welcome Bonus: Welcome bonuses are available to first-time registered members only.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonus benefits will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account permanently closed.

5 Betting Rules

All bets at nh4cl are settled according to specific rules. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed — however, if the cash-out option is available, it may be used under certain conditions.

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

Nh4cl reserves the right to accept or decline any bet, particularly when it falls outside platform limits, follows an unusual pattern, or appears to be taking advantage of erroneous odds.

Event Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• If an event is postponed by more than 48 hours, all bets on that event will be considered void.
• Nh4cl reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error during live betting.
• If an event ends before its scheduled time, bets will be settled based on the result at that point.

Betting Limits

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nh4cl platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

• Match Fixing: Knowingly betting on fixed matches or participating in match-fixing in any form.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Hacking & Fraud: Attempting to hack the platform's systems, or placing bets using bots or any automated software.
• Using Another Person's Account: Logging into someone else's account or registering using another person's details.
• Exploiting Incorrect Odds: Taking advantage of incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• Harmful Conduct: Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other members or staff.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Nh4cl may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
• If it is proven that you registered using false information.
• If KYC verification is not completed or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Due to a court order or legal obligation.

Account Closure at User Request

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@nh4cl.bet. Please withdraw any available balance before closing — bonus balances will be forfeited.

Inactive Account Policy

An account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be marked as inactive. After that, an inactivity fee of ৳100 or 1% of the balance — whichever is lower — will be deducted each month. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Nh4cl takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Information we collect is used solely to improve our services and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

• Information We Collect: Name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, ID document, and transaction details.
• Purpose of Use: Account management, KYC verification, customer support, and legal compliance.
• Data Sharing: Your information is never shared with third parties except where required by law.
• Security Measures: SSL encryption, firewall protection, and regular security audits.

9 Responsible Betting Policy

Nh4cl believes betting is for entertainment — not addiction. We encourage every member to bet responsibly, and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a daily limit on how much you bet.
• Break: Pause your account for a set period — anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: To permanently stop betting, activate self-exclusion.
• Reality Check: You'll receive regular reminders about how long you've been playing.

10 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Nh4cl reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made, we will:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you object to any changes, you may close your account at any time.
